- W-9
- Certificate of Insurance
- General liability coverage
- Workers’ compensation coverage where applicable
- Service area details
- Primary contact information
- Trade / service category
- References or prior commercial experience
- Emergency / after-hours availability if applicable
- Background check capability
- Ability to accept digital work orders
- Ability to provide before/after photos
- Ability to invoice electronically
- Ability to meet service-level expectations and deadlines
