Allow me to introduce myself - I am Andrew R. Scott, Certified facilities management professional and owner of Auspice Enterprises LLC.

My team and I have been providing exceptional cleaning services to all branches of First and Peoples Bank and Trust Company and surrounding businesses since 2019.

We bring expertise in bank cleaning to the table and take great pride in our work, consistently receiving positive feedback. 

We specialize in complete janitorial solutions, covering a broad range of services. We've provided services to Dick's Sporting Goods, such as VCT maintenance, high window cleaning, restroom deep cleaning, high dusting, COVID cleaning, and carpet cleaning as far as Paducah Kentucky.

We've also serviced Family Dollar/Dollar Tree, Petco, Petsmart, NTB, Victoria's Secret, Aspen Dental, and Rite Aid on a mass scale, covering all areas of Indiana, Kentucky, West Virginia/Virginia, and Ohio.

In only three weeks & at short notice, we were able to cover 71 locations for Family Dollar/Dollar Tree, providing Detail Clean Services where the floors, restrooms, windows, carpets and fountains were professionally cleaned and sanitized with beautiful before and after photos and pleased staff. 

I'm proud to share that we have partnerships with companies that offer and ensure its members professional training in integrated facility maintenance and management relating to the commercial cleaning industry. 

This adds to our reputation and ensures we stay up to date with the latest advanced cleaning techniques, equipment and training.

The heart of our company lies in the people and the equipment where we prioritize our investments.

We understand the importance of establishing strong partnerships within our community, having started as a small local company and grown through old-fashioned sales approaches and a commitment to serving our community. Our hometown routes span from Portsmouth, OH to Huntington, WV, along the Ohio river, offering complete, reliable coverage to the tri state.

We aim to be a staple in this area for years to come. By implementing service and route optimization we've been able to open up the door for more affordable rates to our clients without sacrificing service quality or contractor payouts.

Our ability to tailor services to meet the needs of clients ranging from small offices to large commercial facilities adds diversity to the company. We believe in earning the opportunity to extend our services to you and to ultimately become a long term service provider.
